Yesterday we continued the annual tradition and spent the day at the Orange County Fair. We got their shortly after noon. We snacked our way through, as usual, but didn't spend our money on any miracle mops or life changing spinal exams. Kaeley had received some spending money for Grandma the night before, so, as you can imagine, she has no more money to speak of. She does however now own another stuffed animal, a magic wand, and a parasol.
Her favorite part is always the rides. Brad went on the dragon roller coaster with Kaeley while Nathan and I sat to the side and watched. We watched one cycle of the ride without Daddy and Kaeley and Nathan thought that was pretty funny. Then Daddy and Kaeley got on and the ride started. Nathan spotted Daddy, pointed him out, laughed, and then burst into tears. Every time Daddy and Kaeley rode past us Nathan cried even harder. I'm not sure if was sad because he couldn't go on or if he thought Brad was being attacked by the dragon. Who knows.
We saw the vegetable garden, the farm animals, went window shopping, ate, walked around aimlessly, and who knows what else. That might have been it. We left the fair sometime after seven, I think. We came home with dirty children who wouldn't stop crying. Nathan cried himself to sleep from exhaustion. Kaeley cried over everything... it was the wrong nightgown, having to go to the bathroom, I don't know... the moon being too bright... it was pathetic. I couldn't wait for them to go to sleep and spare us the drama! It was a long day for them. I think they enjoyed though.

Awwww!! LOL The picture of Nathan crying is just pathetic! Poor guy. Sounds like everyone had fun though, and I love the picture of Kaeley walking with the umbrella!
