I had been wanting to buy Kaeley an American Girl doll for a while. I finally bought the Target brand just to see how she would respond to a doll. I'm glad I did that, because she carried it around a day or two and she was done. We're slowly reading through A Little Princess. The main character has a doll named Emily who is her best friend. A couple of times since then I heard Kaeley referring to her doll as her best friend. Well, last night it confirmed it. She got into bed with her Barbie and this doll of hers. She handed it over to Brad and said, "Daddy, can you get this big fat doll out of here, please?"
Yeah... not a doll girl.
