Pruning

My children were very upset today when they walked outside and found someone cutting down their tree! Well, a gardener was pruning the tree that's outside our front door. I was also disappointed, but now that my eye is used to the nakedness I appreciate the light and open area.
Nathan just could not understand how they could do that. At one time he shouted, "No, no, man! No cut down leaves!
When we came home later today the men won Nathan over, because they parked their pick-up truck outside our back window to load up all the branches and leaves. Nathan enjoyed his front-seat view.
