Yesterday we enjoyed a slow holiday. The children watched some of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and Kaeley decorated some paper turkeys. I spent quite a bit of time sewing, which was just heavenly.
I had embellished the children's' shirts, but you can't see them all in the picture. They sure were cute all three together though. However, I now have three shirts that will never be worn again. :) I suppose one of them will work well as a hand-me-down for Alynna, but you get the point.
Later that day we went to our Uncle Mark and Aunt Laura's house for a family celebration. It was lovely to see everyone again.
What am I most thankful for this year? I'm most thankful this year for being an American. I have more freedom as a Christian and a woman here in American than any other country in the world and for that I am thankful!
