It was unexpectedly crowded once we got there. It was so crowded we had to park in the convention center. Ugh. I hate that, but by then I was stuck. Well, we would just have to make it work.
We made a big deal about riding on a city bus to get to the park. We watched Abraham Lincoln, saw Mickey Mouse, watched a street band, went on three rides, and then I decided it was time to go home. Nathan talks more than usual when he's tired, so I heard him talking for most of the afternoon. I hadn't had a break from children myself. Kaeley was alright, but a little rusty on the listening aspect of being a child. I know, I have the same problem myself sometimes. I'm sorry, God. The lines weren't too long, but it was a lot of people to maneuver through.
Two decisions were made. The first is going during nap time is as easy as I was hoping. The second is I'm kind of over Disneyland.
