Another Messy Tuesday

Tuesdays are now marked as "Messy Tuesday" for our family. First Alynna at the gardens last week, and now all three of the children at Wilson Park yesterday. They literally wallowed in the mud! Kaeley would skip across the larger puddle of mud. At one time she knelt down in it and dipped her stomach in! Then she was rather annoyed that I wouldn't pack up everything and leave at once, because she was cold. I'm not sure if she thought there were natural hot springs in Wilson Park or what, but rain water puddles usually are cold in my experience. Once I stood my ground and said we were not leaving just because she decided to wallow in the mud she decided she might as well go back and play. There were water fights with this mud water. Some of the girls even washing their arms off with the mud. Kaeley made a water slide. They had a good time. Thankfully I had an extra set of clothes for each just sitting in the car waiting for use. Um, they've been getting a lot of use lately.

I wonder what will happen next Tuesday.
