Nathan and Kaeley are in swim class every day this week and next for half an hour. That's half an hour for me to follow Alynna around the area trying to kill time. Friday we totally lucked out! Ice cream truck! It was servicing a huge day camp. I asked for a half vanilla, half chocolate soft serve. The guy said, "You want a double-header?" "Um... I guess so." No. That isn't exactly what I meant. :) Me and the little-girl-who-spends-hours-eating-desserts shared quite a large ice cream. It was a messy business, but oh, so good! Notice her dress? I actually sewed! It had been a long time. I enjoyed the quick little project. It's an old pillowcase embroidered by my talented grandmother.
