She's getting better at car rides. I'd say she screams though 2 out of 10, so it's improving greatly! Don't get me wrong. She can still get quite loud when letting her feelings known. She loves being held, and seeing as how there's many arms around that want to love on her it's not a problem at all. She smiles now a lot. She no longer flinches when Nathan comes around. Now it's more likely she stiffens at Kaeley's arrival. Kaeley is known to get quite squeaky and loud when pouring out her love and affection for the little sister. Then Kaeley will "help" Alynna bounce in her bouncy seat until Alynna's head is bouncing up and down on the pillow. Like I said, she's surrounded by people, big and little, who adore her to pieces.
She sleeps pretty well these days. She usually sleeps until four or five in the morning, will eat, and then fall back asleep until eight or nine. I can't complain. She also usually takes a nap when the two older kids take a nap as well.
She went to the church's nursery for the first time yesterday. I could have kept her in service with me, but I can't concentrate on the service as well with her awake and in my arms always needing adjustments, feedings, and so on. So, I fed her, gave her to the nursery staff, and sadly walked away. It was her first. We'll see if it won't be her last until she's older.
The last big milestone is Alynna Michelle Saavedra is finally completely documented! We now have her birth certificate and social security card securely filed away in her birth records. Hurray! Thank You, God!
