Three Sickos

All three of the children have runny noses. Kaeley and Nathan are coughing. Kaeley will point to one nostril and say, "This nose doesn't work, but this nose (pointing to the other nostril) can breath a little bit." This morning she blew her nose and was quite distraught when she felt air being blown out of her eye's tear duct. She left saying, "That's disgusting!" This morning they took a nice hot bath that worked well at melting and draining some gunk that had plugged up their head's plumbing. As I type Kaeley is watching a movie about Easter, Nathan is harassing me, and Alynna just woke up from a nap. Today is probably going to be a day of rest for us... or at least for everyone except Nathan. I was planning on baking cookies with them, but I'm not sure if I want snot and boogers blown into the batter.

Tonight Kaeley and I have a special mommy-daughter date. It's just me and her. We're going out to dinner and then to a movie. I'll let you all know how it goes.
