Around the House

Aren't they just too cute for words? Well, I guess I might be a bit biased... nah!

These were taken yesterday. They were all so cute. Kaeley was being the librarian during story hour, so she was reading out loud to Nathan, who had his head rested on her shoulder. That is, of course, until I took my camera out. Then he gave me that very mischievous grin. What a ham! Either that or, "What a danger!"

Alynna was very happy with herself, because she figured out how to drink from a straw. She was so happy that she sucked and sucked and sucked, coughed and choked, and then sucked and sucked again. She sucked down the entire bottle!

A funny thing about Kaeley. I've been wanting her to brush her own teeth for a change, and every morning she grumbles about this. I put it on the chore chart, in which if completed she'll earn a dollar week paycheck, and suddenly there's no more grumbling! Not only that, but now she wants to brush Nathan's teeth too! Yesterday she read him his book, tucked him into bed, and kissed him goodnight for me while I took a fast shower. Such a mother hen!
