The Many Faces and Hairdos of Alynna

Yesterday we had fun using Alynna as our little puppet and molded her to our will. Evil cackle!
The first picture is of Alynna with her first official ponytail. It didn't occur to me until just last night that I could do this, so I ran to grab the comb, then opened Pandora's Box and I brushed her hair up and found she had a horrific patch of Cradle Cap. I spent the next twenty minutes scrubbing, scraping, and oiling. It's all gone for now. Gross!
The pictures of her fancy hat were started by Brad. She wore the tutu to church, but I had mercy on her when we got home and took it off. In the evening Brad put the tutu on her head. She was very fancy to say the least.
The picture of her in her seat is of a "Bad Mommy" moment. I had brought Nathan and Alynna to the grocery store. He got a treat, I got a treat, and then Alynna decided she was hungry too. By the time she started screaming I was in the parking lot on the way home. I didn't have anything good for her to eat while we headed home except... rice crispy treats. I rolled my eyes at myself as I opened the packaging. Oh well. I had a peaceful drive home. Diet starts tomorrow!
