Yesterday was Kaeley's last Polynesian Dance Class. My mom usually brings her to class while I stay home with the two little ones, but seeing as how it was the last class my mom and I switched places. There was a little recital of the two or three dances the girls learned. They were in two groups and would take turns dancing the hula, a Polynesian routine that reminded me a "Shake Your Bom-Bom" by Ricky Martin.
Once again I have to assume Kaeley had a good time, because while she was dancing Kaeley's face was a stone wall. I even caught her rolling her eyes at one point! But she was very excited to have me be there, so I'm assuming performing on stage isn't her thing. Fine by me.
The girls were very cute. Even though we didn't find Kaeley's true love of dancing the hula I'm glad she got to experience the music and the movements. She also got to spend time with her precious Grannie, so it was all worth it in the end.
