Bubba Gumps

Monday my dad joined us on a trip to the aquarium. It was the perfect day. Perfect weather, perfect amount of people at the aquarium, etc. Then my dad treated us to lunch at Bubba Gumps, which is conveniently right across the street. I had never been there before. I'm a big fan now. It was so delicious! We had soup, a very "bad" sampler plate, and drinks. No, my children are not drinking margaritas, but it sure looks like it, doesn't it?
Their drink came in a big plastic cup that lights up with crazy colored lights. It was almost disturbing to watch. The kids loved it! Kaeley giggled the first couple of times she drank from it.
Their sound track has a lot of goodies on it, too. My dad started singing along to Jungle Boogie, which Nathan joined in with his own version: Jungle Birday. Jungle Birday. Even grumpy Alynna started dancing along to the tune.
Later that night I was telling Brad about the event and Nathan began dancing again and this time he sang, "Jungle Bullie. Jungle Bullie!" Then he'd dab his finger in the air toward us and, with a big smile, he'd yell, "You get down, Mommy!"
