Go Fish!

Yesterday Kaeley played her first game of Go Fish! She caught on quickly and of the two games that we played she won both of them! The first one I didn't try too hard, but the second win was fair and square. Brad's cousin Kimberly bought the game for her for Christmas, so now Cousin Kimberly is Kaeley's favorite cousin.
When I dealt the cards out the second time comments filled the air like, "Oh, I always wanted that one!", "How cute is that!", and "How lucky am I?"
Alynna was awake during that time and enjoyed terrorizing the set-up. She finally tottered into the hallway and played by herself for quite a while. Well, I paid dearly for that quiet time. When Kaeley walked back there she gasped and said, "Oh, Mommy, we have a big mess to clean up!" Sure enough, Alynna had some how opened the straw cup she had and poured out all the peppermint tea onto the carpet. Then she decided to try cleaning it up using the box of wipes that was on the bathroom floor, which, of course, was full to the brim of beautifully folded wet towelettes.. After taking out half the box, she took a few and left them on the pool of tea. Half of our bathroom floor was covered in wads of wipes.
