Nathan is Three Years Old!

Yesterday Nathan was on his way to bed for a nap. He was so tired he couldn't even finish his lunch! I was trying to get his socks off and put on new pants and I finally had to swing him off his feet and plop him forcefully on the floor, because he was basically chasing his own tail. He was in his own little world. He was singing, "Da B I B I E. Yes, dats da book for me!" Then he'd ask me a question in his little squeaky voice. Then, without waiting for an answer he started singing about the old man who bumped his head and went to bed. It was crazy. I was slightly humored and slightly bothered at the same time. He stressed me out sometimes. :)
That seems to be the life of boys. But he is such a joy to us. That little boy can go anywhere and find something exciting. There are fire engines, buses, bugs, trash trucks, cars, every where we go. At the same time he loves playing with his sister. He'll play dolls with her as long as he can drive the car on the roof of the doll house. The two of them build forts together all over the house. Kaeley will often "read" him books, another favorite past time of his.
He loves all kinds of junk food and candy and juices. He likes fresh spinach, but does not like broccoli. He could probably eat bananas every two hours if I let him.
He is quite a character!
If you ask him, he'll tell you he just turned seven. :)
