Fort MacArthur Day

Saturday we attended our first Fort MacArthur Day. It was a walk through military history, so to speak. We saw Roman soldiers, pirates, militia, Red Coats, and many more. It was a lot of fun. I learned a lot. Kaeley enjoyed spinning yarn and using a loom. I enjoyed watching Nathan fight a man from the 17th century. I'm not sure they had foam Lego swords back in the 17th century, but oh well. I also got a big kick out of the pirates raiding the frontier land.

Janna, you always find the neatest places to take the kids to. Where was this? I am sorry we missed it, we were out of town. Is Fort MacArthur an annual event? It looks like you all had a great time!
