Waiting for Kaeley

Kaeley has been attending a clay class through our city. It's an hour. I tell you, that hour is sometimes a long hour with two little children. We often tour the Japanese Gardens that are located behind the classroom. We walk to the nearby library and look at books or play the computer.
Yesterday was quite eventful. We walked through the gardens. They are still very much into action poses that a comic book hero might make, so we got lots of those pictures. :) We walked around the building. We decided to walk to the library, so we went to the car to get the umbrella stroller. My little escape artist (the cute blond one who's really messy) ran into the parking lot and hid between cars within a few seconds as I put her down to get the stroller. Thankfully some innocent bystander asked if this little girl belonged to me. Did I mention I put her down at church the day before and before I knew what happened Alynna was gone and gone for five minutes until I found her at the opposite side of the church? So we went to the library, with Alynna firmly buckled into the stroller.
We walked back to class and waited with the other parents for a few minutes until all the kids were dismissed. The one in restraints was not pleased to be tied down. She began rocking her body back and forth until the stroller started moving. She moved that thing along to the middle of the porch! Then she figured out how to stand up, step out of the stroller, leaving the buckle completely intact.
Any tips? Duck tape? This might be the first child... another first in my parenting career that Alynna has the privilege of bringing us... who gets to wear a child leash. I know she looks cute. Don't trust her!
