Simon is Two Months Old

I can't believe it! It's his two month birthday and I took the pictures and posted it on the blog?!? Wow! Well, yes, he's two month old today. This will have to be fast, because he is just not happy. He never uses a pacifier, because he can't figure out how to keep it in his mouth, but today it's worth it just holding it in for a few moments of non-crying. He also prefers to live in the sling. Oh well. At least we can accomplish things together and he's getting lots of love and affection. Besides, one day he'll be too big for the sling and I'll long for these days back.

Talking about accomplish things I really must go, because while Simon is now happily bundled in the sling I do have a load of laundry waiting to be taken back upstairs (my third load in two days and, yes, we have to use the quarter machines... sigh), I have a picnic dinner waiting to be served into bowls, three children who need to get ready for Bible study. I have no extra minutes at the moment.
