Baking Granola

Nathan and I made the most delicious granola the other day. Instead of oil we use tahini.  Oh, man, is it good! This is the first time I let Simon "help".

The picture is blurry because while I was taking the picture of him stirring the pot he began spooning the mixture onto the counter!
