Alynna's Four Month

Alynna is four months old as of yesterday! She’s gotten to be that nice size where she’s still little-baby, but she can be propped on a hip. I’ve always like that. As you all know she’s sick right now. The poor thing had her first serious cold in the beginning of the month and now This all in the same month. I’ll tell you one thing though, she’s a lot easier to give breathing treatments to than that squirmy brother of hers!
This month she’s gotten very good at holding her head up. She can use those ab-muscles to pull herself up if she is lounging on someone’s lap or is in the corner of the couch. She is now used to the over-expressive-love of her siblings. Her favorite toy is her lips, on which she blows raspberries quite readily.
She will be attending her first womens retreat this weekend, which is very exciting to the both of us. You know, it’d be even more exciting if she was attending her first weekend alone with Daddy and the kids, but that’s okay. She so young that I’m assuming the time away with her will be easy since she doesn’t eat solids, doesn’t use a highchair or play with toys. We’ll see what I have to say about my assessment when we get back on Sunday.
